Fantastic, everything about this hotel is quality our room 310 which we are still in is huge, you could have a party on the balcony it’s that big.
The room is spotless beds very comfortable and the shower is seriously good in-fact I would say our room is the best we have ever had in the alps.
Food is outstanding that’s some chef in their kitchen not had a bad meal 10/10, just had a fondue evening superb ??
Ski room is heated so toasty dry boots every morning love it.
The Spa is excellent, robes & slippers in your room nice touch.
Location is great 2 min walk to ski bus and 5min into town centre.
Last but for us is the best bit, the bar area/chill is excellent with its log fire so so cosy. The manager is lovely man who can’t do enough for you in fact everyone here can’t do enough for you 10/10, special mention has to go to Melyne & Cayetano life and soul of this very nice hotel so thank you both Charles & I loved meeting you and we will be back next year in February for a very special birthday ?? ????????.

Yet another fantastic family holiday for the second year running. Great service, nothing is too much trouble. Very impressed with the new improved menu. Guillaume is the perfect host and runs a very happy and efficient ship. We shall definitely be returning!

Amazing hotel in val d'isère

This is an absolutely fabulous little hotel and I would highly recommend it. We have come for Christmas 2023 and I would definitely say it’s one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in whilst skiing over the last 13 years. The food is amazing, we have just enjoyed a fun filled fondue experience, the staff are so friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make every meal time great. The rooms are compact but have everything needed with a fabulous shower, although no bath. The spa is good with a sauna and steam room and chill area. The location is just out of the main Val d’Isere high street being 1 bus stop up so it’s super peaceful at night, the bus connections are excellent to get around Val and there is a ski shop and spar almost next door. Honestly what more can you want to complement the amazing skiing here in Val d’Isere, we would definitely return.
